Why study at Egham

Egham is a prestigious, historic university town in Surrey on the southwestern perimeter of Greater London along the River Thames, situated immediately adjacent to historic Runnymede (where the Magna Carta was sealed in 1215), Windsor Great Park, and just 15 minutes from London Heathrow Airport (LHR) and 40 minutes by South Western Railway train from central London Waterloo. Voted one of the safest and most beautiful university towns in the UK, Egham is home to the spectacular 135-acre parkland campus of Royal Holloway, University of London (RHUL - founded in 1879 by entrepreneur Thomas Holloway and opened by Queen Victoria in 1886, renowned constituent college of the federal University of London with over 12,000 students). RHUL's world-famous Founder's Building (modeled on the Château de Chambord in the Loire Valley) is officially rated as one of the most stunning university buildings in the world. Royal Holloway is an elite academic institution globally acclaimed for the Information Security Group (ISG - world pioneer in Cyber Security and Cryptography, recognized by GCHQ/NCSC as an Academic Centre of Excellence in Cyber Security Research), Department of Computer Science (pioneering Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, and Big Data), School of Business and Management (AACSB-accredited), Department of Earth Sciences, School of Law, and Department of Music (#1 in the UK). Degrees are awarded as prestigious University of London qualifications and taught 100% in English. International students benefit from London degrees in a tranquil self-contained campus, direct tech recruitment across London's M4 Tech Corridor, and direct UK Student Visa (CAS) support with 2-year Graduate Route work visa.
