Student Visa
International students require a Long-Stay Student Visa (Type D-13 Visa) issued by the Ukrainian Embassy / VFS Global. Key requirements: official physical Invitation to Study from ONMedU or Odesa Maritime Academy registered with UDCMO, legalized educational certificates, certified medical check with HIV test, and bank funds proof. Upon arrival in Odesa, the university registers the student and issues the Temporary Residence Permit (Posvidka).
