Admission requirements
Secondary School Certificate & Legalized Translation (EQE Recognition)
Certified secondary school certificate and official transcripts with Apostille / Legalization, translated into Georgian and submitted to the National Center for Educational Quality Enhancement (EQE) for official recognition.
Online English Video Interview / Proficiency Test
Passing the mandatory online English video proficiency interview conducted by the university per Ministry regulations or presenting IELTS Academic (5.5–6.0+) / TOEFL iBT.
Student Visa
International students require a Georgian D3 Study Visa (applied for online via the Georgian e-Visa portal or at the Georgian Embassy) following university document recognition and the issuance of the official Ministerial Order by the Ministry of Education and Science of Georgia (EQE). After arriving in Tbilisi, the university assists the student in obtaining the Temporary Residence Card (TRC) from the Public Service Hall (Justicia).

Submit your passport copy, high school transcripts, and record your online English video interview.
The university submits your documents to the Ministry of Education (EQE) for official recognition.

Fly to Tbilisi International Airport (TBS), complete in-person registration, and issue your residence card at the Public Service Hall.
