Admission requirements

  • Secondary School Certificate Equivalency

    Official high school diploma / A-Levels / IB / Thanawiya Amma with grade equivalency certificate issued by the Bahrain Ministry of Education Directorate of Examination and Evaluation.

  • Language Requirements (Arabic / English)

    For English-taught programs: IELTS Academic (usually 5.5–6.5) or TOEFL iBT (65–80) or passing the university's English placement test. For Arabic programs: high school Arabic proficiency.

Student Visa

International students require a Student Residence Permit sponsored directly by their university in Bahrain through the Nationality, Passports and Residence Affairs (NPRA). Requirements include: valid passport, official university admission letter, security clearance, medical examination at an accredited health center in Bahrain, health insurance, and passport photos.
