Admission requirements
Academic Diploma & AIC Recognition
Certified secondary school certificate and grade transcripts with official English translation, processed through the Latvian Academic Information Centre (AIC) for official state credential equivalence.
English Language Proficiency & Entrance Assessment
IELTS Academic (5.5–6.5), TOEFL iBT (72+), Duolingo (105+), or passing the university's online English & subject entrance exam.
Student Visa
Non-EU international students require a Latvian Long-Stay Visa (Type D Visa) and Temporary Residence Permit (TRP). The university issues the study contract and invites the student after receiving AIC approval and payment of tuition + security deposit. Students apply for the D-Visa at the Latvian Embassy or VFS Global, presenting the Invitation from the university approved by the Office of Citizenship and Migration Affairs (OCMA), police clearance certificate (apostilled), health insurance, and bank solvency proof (approx. €600/month).
