Study abroad at Antalya

Antalya is home to Akdeniz University (a major national comprehensive research university renowned for its world-leading organ transplant center and Faculty of Medicine, Faculty of Engineering, Faculty of Agriculture, and Faculty of Tourism) and Antalya Bilim University (a prominent English-medium private university specializing in Aviation, Computer Science, and Engineering), alongside Antalya Belek University. Degrees are taught in English and Turkish within the European Bologna Process. Tuition fees in Antalya are very reasonable. At Akdeniz University (state institution), international undergraduate tuition in Engineering, Agriculture, and Business ranges from $800 to $2,500 per year, while Medicine ranges from $4,000 to $7,500 per year. At Antalya Bilim University (private), annual tuition ranges from $3,000 to $6,500 per year (with generous 25%–75% merit scholarships). Government KYK and private student residences cost between $100 and $280 per month. General monthly living expenses range between $300 and $550.

International students enter Turkey on an e-Visa or consular visa and obtain an official Student Residence Permit (Öğrenci İkamet İzni) through the Antalya Provincial Directorate of Migration Management (Göç İdaresi) upon submitting their student certificate (Öğrenci Belgesi), health insurance, and registered address.
