Admission requirements
High School Graduation Certificate & Equivalency (Denklik)
Certified secondary school certificate and official transcripts with Turkish translation and notarization, and obtaining the official High School Equivalency Certificate (Denklik Belgesi) from the Turkish Ministry of National Education (MEB) or Turkish Embassy Education Attaché.
Language Proficiency (TÖMER for Turkish / IELTS or TOEFL for English)
For English-taught tracks: TOEFL iBT (79+) or passing the university internal English proficiency test. For Turkish-taught tracks: TÖMER C1 certificate.
Student Visa
International students enter Turkey on an e-Visa or consular Student Visa and obtain an official Student Residence Permit (Öğrenci İkamet İzni) through the Directorate General of Migration Management (Göç İdaresi). Key requirements include: official Student Certificate (Öğrenci Belgesi) from the university, valid passport, biometric photos, local student health insurance, proof of accommodation / address registration (UAVT), and payment of the residence card fee.

The university international student office collects and submits your file to Göç İdaresi to issue your Student Residence Permit card.
