Admission requirements

  • Secondary School Diploma & Eligibility Certificate (Swiadectwo)

    Certified secondary school certificate and grade transcripts with Apostille / Legalization, with certified Polish translation and an Eligibility Statement confirming right to enter university in the home country.

  • English Language Proficiency & Entrance Exam

    IELTS Academic (minimum 6.0–6.5), TOEFL iBT (80+), or Duolingo (105+), plus passing the university online entrance examination in Biology and Chemistry for medical faculties.

Student Visa

Non-EU students require a Polish National D-Type Study Visa (Wiza Krajowa D). Key requirements include: official Certificate of Acceptance / Enrollment from an accredited Polish university, receipt confirming payment of first-year tuition fees, proof of accommodation (dormitory guarantee or rental contract), travel medical insurance covering minimum €30,000, clean criminal background check, and bank solvency statement showing proof of sufficient funds to cover living expenses and return flight (approx. €4,500–€5,500). After arrival, students apply for the Temporary Residence Card (Karta Pobytu).
